Of greater concern is the fact that the new Google Tasks now only supports one level of subtask which makes it pretty much worthless to me given that was the top feature drawing me to Google Tasks. By August 30, 2019 the multiple levels of subtasks will no longer be supported by the Google Tasks API, meaning that gTasks needs to become independent of Google Tasks by that date.
If gTasks doesn’t maintain this feature, there is really no reason for me to stay with the product.
