Separate desktop app?
I love gTasks. I DON'T love entering tasks via the desktop web app. It's an aesthetic thing, but I don't like my tasks squished over to the right of my calendar. I would like to view my tasks on their own screen via the desktop; web-based would be fine. Just faster adding items that way.

Repeat Task on Completed Day
Add a function to the Repeat feature that would repeat the task on an actual completion date, not the scheduled completed date. For example: currently when a task is created and the repeat feature is activated for let's say monthly on 18 November, but the task is actually completed two days later on 20 November, the task gets recreated with a 18 December due date, instead of 20 December.

Periodical Notifications for Overdue Tasks
I would like a setting to enable periodical notifications (APNS) when one or more tasks are overdue. , the notification settings could be weekly/daily/hourly or dependent on the importance of the task.

Shopping Lists / Recurring Lists - Exemption from Deletion of Completed Tasks
Alternative use: My wife and I have discovered that it is possible to continually re-use a list as a recurring shopping list. Example, our Grocery List is alpha-sorted ... every item we have ever bought is listed in this list ... and each week, either of us simply show all completed tasks and uncheck the completed items to "add" them to this week's grocery shopping list. No need to type anything ... when shopping, just change the view to only show open tasks, and check them off as we go.
Problem: Lists within gTasks are always at risk of accidentally…

I use iOS and Android devices. Gtasks is one of the best apps for task manager. Do you have plans to relesase an Android version?

Multiple gmail accounts
Is it possible to use gTasks with multiple gmail accounts; e.g., work and home? I would not want to see tasks from both accounts at once, but I’d like to be able to easily switch between my gmail accounts. Thank you!

Regularity | Repetition of tasks ✅
There are a lot of tasks that we have to do every day.

Copy and Paste
Why can’t you paste into the app? When you have something in your calendar or a text and you need to move it into your to do list, you can’t unless you retype the entire thing!!! I’m using the app to be more productive, not take up more time.

Online version not using Google Tasks
I don't like Google's new version for the tasks which is a side bar on the email. I like the old version that is more compact and only shows the tasks. Perhaps the makers of this app could make a web version similar to the old Google tasks and this app.

Attach picture under notes
If the user could attach a picture under notes (copy-paste), then this app will be more efficient.
I constantly take a screen shot of things I have to do later, if I could add this screen shot under notes, the app will be better.

Similar to alarm but sends you an e-mail in addition to audio or visual alarm.
