This would be great. You could share (maybe via e-mail) things that you want done at the house, or a manager could share with a team leader what tasks need to be done, and then tasks could be assigned to people. Then, you could have reporting on task completion.
You could even share a list of fun things you want to do with people, and make it a fun, sociable experience.
Maybe you could set reminders for when you are with somebody in close physical proximity. So people can have a list of things they want to do with each other, or a list of things that they have to get done while they are together - like teammates working on a project together. People can waste less time needing to know what need to be done, and do.
It would even be great if you had a Microsoft Office Outlook plug-in that would sync meeting with gtasks. So you can see an abridged version of when you have time for tasks and when it is time, or coming up on time, for you to complete a certain task(s).
The event, or meeting, would just be a reminder for when you have to leave using apple map data.
Also sync with apple calendars.
