It’s so easy to accidentally delete an entire list. So far, it appears to be impossible to get it back. Wtf?

Gtasks does not sync to the Tasks calendar. I've tried it in so many ways & done tons of research. You can view your calendars in list form within Gtasks, but you cannot add a task due date to the Google Tasks Calendar from this Mobil app. This is a must have feature!!! The best work-around I've found is Zapier- add a zap between Gtasks & Google Galendar. But this sub par solution doesn't create specific time due dates well.

While Gtasks is great for syncing task lists between mobile & desktop, it fails to add tasks with due dates to Google Calendar. When you create a task with a due date on the desktop or web version, this task gets put on your Tasks Calendar, if you have it enabled. But when you create a due date with this app, these don't sync with the the Tasks calendar. This is a pretty crucial missing feature. For visual people like myself, I want to see when things are due all in one place, and be able to plan my schedule around my work flow. The only work-around I've found is adding a Zap between Gtasks & Google Calendar via Zapier. But this fails to add a specific time in the proper time zone. Please add Google Tasks Cslendar SYNC!!!

I just accidentally deleted a list full of ideas and resources I had been building for over 3 years. :( List Recovery would indeed be nice.
